All in all had fairly nice experience in my week visit.

There were a big balcony and a kitchenette. Very attentive and helpful staff, I appreciated their attitude.

The place is decent and kept perfectly clean, nestled in a really good building. Its location is amazing, only 1 km from House of Katmandu Amusement Park.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the beach in Palmanova and close proximity to all the shops. It's right in the center of Palmanova, making it a convenient choice for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to satisfy any appetite. Additionally, the pool area is well-maintained, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

It's worth noting that some guests have mentioned noise disturbances from DJ music playing throughout the day and into the night.

The apartment is stunning, has more than enough space, and is just next door to Castaways in Palma nova and the shop. There's Kompas quite a walk from the property offering great coffee and desserts. Neat rooms with a mini fridge and young modern decor plus balcony that you can use too.

Been there for holidays, had a great time in my week visit. Its central location was convenient to Playa Porto Novo.

The location is excellent and amazing so close to Magalluf, and beaches, and the rooms are cheap. It's a quiet apartment very close to nice places. And it is very close to restaurants. Staff is always very attentive and mostly pleasant.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and the beach nearby. It was really convenient to have everything within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was also a plus, offering a good variety of food options to start the day. Another advantage was the availability of sun loungers at the pool, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun during our stay.

There were several negative aspects of our experience. the room conditions were not up to par.

Location is central, in a pretty nice area. What's more, the place is a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the city.

The area was nice enough, enjoyed its central location. Had a minibar, central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, that worked great for us. Had kitchen.

The hotel had a modern and clean appearance, which was a pleasant surprise. The air conditioning worked well and the shower had instant hot water with good pressure. The location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within a short 5-minute walk. considering the price paid, there were no major complaints about the room or the staff.

There were a few downsides to the hotel. The room felt old and dated, and there were cleanliness issues such as mold on the ceilings and bugs in the bathroom.

Need to mention superb breakfast served there with eggs and fruit, for example.

Had to pay 100 euros deposit for any damages, and there was a list of damage costs on the reception. Other than breakfasts were self catering but there wasn't and pots or pans, cutlery or crockery in the room, not even one cup! No remote for the TV, which didn't work anyway, nor did the telephone. Black mould around the bath, cracked floor and wall tiles We complained to the reception but got little more than a shrug of the shoulders. Even the receptionist admitted this was not so much a hotel than a hostel, for 18 to 30 years olds, who didn't care about such things. There was no Jet 2 information pack at the hotel, and staff didn't know or seem to care when or if a rep would visit. The breakfasts were awful, eggs, sausage and bacon obviously left overs from the previous day. The poolside resembled a school playground, with very loud, night club type music, and there was a sign saying 'no one with transmittable diseases to use the pool.....read what you will into that! Overall, absolutely disgusting!

Good for youngsters who want nothing more than to get drunk and get laid. Cheap. Near the beach.

The hotel offered a range of amenities that were useful during our stay, such as a convection oven top, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel, as the rooms and pool were well-maintained and cleaned daily. the location of the hotel was ideal as there were supermarkets, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away.

One major drawback of our stay was the thin walls of the hotel, which allowed for a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. This was particularly problematic when we had noisy guests staying next to us, and the hotel did not take any action to address the issue.
